Retail Properties has selected Block by Block to provide a
merged Safety and Cleaning program for the newly constructed
Branson Landing Lifestyle Center . Lifestyle centers are relatively
new mixed use concept combining retail, office and residential
space in a village style atmosphere. Having the cleaning and
safety function carried out using a hospitality ‘Ambassador'
approach has proven much more beneficial than services provided
by a traditional janitorial or security provider.
An
approximately eight person staff will provide basic cleaning
maintenance and safety services to the facility. In addition
to providing these services the staff will be hospitality
friendly and add to the overall experience of Branson Landing.
The
ability to gain efficiencies and eliminate redundancies has
proven to be one of the most valuable aspects of using a provider
who can deliver a merged program to Lifestyle Centers. Utilizing
this approach there is a need to have a single Operations
Manager, who can manage both programs. All staff members are
cross-trained for effective, swift response to either safety
or cleaning matters, depending on the circumstances presented
on daily basis.

restaurant and dining choices in the Midwest .
The development will also be anchored by a new town square
at the culminating point of the city of Branson 's celebrated
Main Street that will serve as the complex's entertainment
headquarters. A new water feature on Lake Taneycomo , created
by the foremost fountain designers of the Bellagio Fountains
in Las Vegas , will showcase a nightly music, light and water
show of spectacular proportions.
