Brantley Services Veteran Selected to Oversee Operations of Louisville's Improvement District

Long time Brantley Services (parent company of Block by Block) employee, Kevin Colvin, has been selected to oversee the Safety and Cleaning program of the Louisville Downtown Management District.

Kevin brings a tremendous understanding of the Brantley and Block by Block culture to his new role. Prior to his new assignment Kevin spent several years in a wide variety of capacities with Brantley to include logistics coordinator, Human Resources Manager and Operations Manager assigned to a wide variety of events such as the Kentucky Derby, Breeder's Cup and PGA Championships. His diversity in understanding of the many different facets of the company will undoubtedly be helpful in his daily operations.

As the Operations Manager assigned to the Louisville Downtown Management District Kevin will be responsible for the overall direction of daily operations, administrative duties and customer relations.

The Downtown Management District account, which is Block by Block's first Improvement District Customer, represents approximately sixty five square blocks in downtown with a staff of fifteen safety and cleaning ambassadors.

Downtown will certainly benefit from Kevin's hands on approach to operations and his desire to take on new projects in order to provide new and better services, all of which will ensure downtown Louisville continually is met with the ‘WOW' effect.
