James Wells Promoted to Central Region Manager

After serving nearly three years as the Operations Manager of the Louisville Downtown Management District, James wells has been selected to serve as the Regional Manager for all operations comprising the Central Region.

In his role he will be responsible for carrying out two very important functions. Foremost, James will travel to each operation frequently and be responsible for ensuring a high level of quality for each program and to ensure we are exceeding expectations. James will ensure the Operations Managers under his direction have the tools, resources and support they need to deliver ‘First Class Operations' on a daily basis.

In his previous tenure as Operations Manager for the Louisville Downtown Management District James oversaw a staff of approximately fourteen Ambassadors who provided Safety, Cleaning and Hospitality to the sixty-five block service district. James was responsible for implementing a wide variety of initiatives and oversaw the transformation of services from a twelve hour to an eighteen hour downtown with the inception of downtown Louisville 's new entertainment district.

James' attention to detail on the ‘basics' is one of the distinguishing points which led to his promotion. For nearly the last two years, James served in the role of ‘take charge' leader among his peers of Operations Managers. James has always been the first person to reach out to a new Operations Manager to introduce himself and lend advice or assistance.
